4. Roll into long strips, divide evenly into pieces, take a piece of dough, knead it a few times, and arrange it into a round steamed bun.





5. Put it in the steamer, cover it and let it rise for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn on the high heat and steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes.
