Here's how I made it:

1. Soak the black beans overnight in advance.

2. After washing, add an appropriate amount of water, submerge about a finger, turn the water on medium-low heat, and cook it.

3. Put the soup in a blender and puree.

4. Pour the stirred black bean paste into a non-stick pan, add an appropriate amount of lightly flavored cooking oil and brown sugar, don't give too much oil, too much is too greasy and unhealthy. The amount of sugar depends on personal taste.

5. Stir-fry over low heat throughout the whole process, stirring non-stop halfway to prevent sticking to the pan.

6. Stir-fry until the huddle is ready.

7. Take an appropriate amount and rub it into a ball for later use.

Add 3 grams of yeast and 10 grams of sugar to 8,300 grams of flour, add 150 ml of warm water in small quantities and many times, stir into a dough, and knead it into a smooth dough with moderate softness and firmness. Cover and place in a warm place to rise.

9. The volume of the dough is significantly expanded, which means that it is ready.

10. Divide the dough into two portions, knead and exhaust.

11. Add 20 grams of purple sweet potato powder to the other serving and knead evenly.

12. Roll out the dough of both colors into a rectangle.

13. Wipe a layer of water on the bottom dough sheet for better adhesion.

14. Stack the two color patches together, tidy them up, and roll them up from one end.

15. Cut into trapezoids.

16. Stand up the small dough and press it down from the middle with chopsticks.

17. Press flat and roll into a round cake.

18. Put the black bean paste on the solid side, wrap it and arrange it into a circle.

19. Put in the pot, cover and let rise for 15 minutes.

20. Turn on high heat and steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
