Method:
1. Evenly coat the salted fish with flour and cut the white radish into slices of uniform size and thickness
2. Heat the oil in a hot pan, put the salted fish pieces into the oil pan, and fry until golden brown on both sides
3. Add ginger slices, garlic, chili, light soy sauce, green onion, two bowls of warm water, cover the pot and simmer for about 5 minutes
4. Add the white radish and continue to simmer for 3 minutes

Ingredients: 1 lotus root, 6 grams of dried red pepper, 1 teaspoon light soy sauce, a little white vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 green onions

1. Peel and wash the lotus root, and then cut it into sheets of uniform thickness
2. Boil water, blanch lotus root slices for 2 minutes and remove the cold water
3. Heat oil in a hot pan, pour in red pepper, garlic, light soy sauce, vinegar, salt and lotus root slices and stir-fry for 3 minutes
4. Sprinkle in chopped green onions when it is almost out of the pot and turn off the heat
Ingredients: 300 grams of cauliflower, 200 grams of shrimp, 4 grams of red pepper, 1 small handful of Sichuan pepper, 1 small handful of sesame pepper, 1 star anise, a little shredded ginger, 1 section of lotus root, half an onion, 1 coriander, 2 teaspoons of salt, 3 grams of white sesame seeds and 2 teaspoons of spicy sauce
Method:
1. Wash and cut the prepared vegetables for later use
2. Boil water, put all the ingredients together and blanch them for three minutes, remove them and let them cool in water
3. Heat the oil in a hot pan, pour in the peppercorns and peppers, fry the hemp flavor, remove the peppercorns and peppers and discard them
