In autumn, the temperature gradually decreases, the temperature difference between day and night is large, and the change of cold and warm is very irregular. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that at the beginning of autumn, the yang energy gradually collects, the yin energy grows, the scenery is depressed, and the air is dry. Due to the stimulation of cold air, the sympathetic nervous system is excited, blood pressure increases, and thrombosis is promoted, while the histidine in the blood increases, gastric acid secretion increases, and the gastrointestinal tract is prone to spasmodic contractions. Kidney Yu is the acupuncture point of the foot sun bladder meridian. 5. Rub and press the Yongquan acupoint:

Yongquan acupoint is one of the commonly used acupoints of Zushaoyin and Kidney Meridians, which is the lowest acupoint of the whole body, and is the first acupoint of the Kidney Meridian, also known as "Dichong Acupoint". Yongquan acupoint shows its important role in various aspects of human health, disease prevention, disease treatment, and health care. Moxibustion or kneading the spring for 10 minutes a day can prevent and treat high blood pressure, make the kidney essence sufficient, the ears and eyes are clear, the development is normal, the energy is abundant, the sexual function is strong, the waist and knees are strong but not soft, and the walking is strong.


Dietary health


The weather is cooler, the climate is dry, and the fluid is easily consumed, so there are often dry mouths and throats, dry stools, and cracked skin. You can eat more fruits and vegetables containing vitamins or use traditional Chinese medicine for dietary therapy, such as American ginseng, sand ginseng, almonds, Chuanbei, etc. At this time, the diet should reduce hardships and increase hardships to nourish the heart, liver, spleen and stomach; It is also not advisable to eat too much, so as not to stagnate the stomach and intestines and turn into gastrointestinal diseases.

1.  White fungus soaphorn rice, red dates and pear soup (moisturizing yin and dryness)

Ingredients: 10 grams of peach gum, 20 grams of white fungus, 30 grams of saponaria rice, 4 dates (dry, large), half a pear, 5 grams of wolfberry seeds, 5 grams of rock sugar and appropriate amount of water.


Method:

(1) Soak the white fungus, peach gum and soaphorn rice overnight in advance, wash the soaked white fungus, remove the stem, tear it into small pieces and put it in the pot.

(2) Add soaked peach gum and soapy rice, add red dates, add pear pieces, add an appropriate amount of water and wolfberry.

Method:
