There are five organs above the head of our human body, which are reflected in the toes, which each represent a different organ. The big toe is the largest and fullest, it represents our entire head, especially our brain, that is, headaches, migraines, neuralgia, all related to the big toe.
We can see from the big toe:
Your cerebral vascularity is not very good
Your cranial nerves are not very good
Your blood pressure is not very good
Your brain is not agile in thinking
How can you see it?
If we look at its form, it should be very full and elastic. If you look at the little toes of children, they are very cute one by one, and the color is also very ruddy, which should be very full.
After pressing, it will immediately return to its original shape, the elasticity is very good, and there are not many wrinkles, which means that the brain is functioning better.
If we have a nervous breakdown, a lack of blood supply to the brain, or high blood pressure, and your blood is very thick, let's say you have hemiplegia, you have this stroke. This is reflected above, if you say that there is a feeling of soreness when you pinch it, then you must pay attention to it.
In this area, there is also a point that is specifically related to blood pressure, this point is the inner side of the root of the big toe, which is what we call the neck area, the upper part of this neck area is just below the brain, if our blood pressure is not normal, there will be pain in this part, long-term high blood pressure, this place will have calluses.
The longer the blood pressure is high, the more noticeable the calluses will become. In addition, the reflex zones on our feet are crossed, with the left toe reflecting the right head and face problems and the right toe reflecting the left head and face problems.
In addition, the foot reflex zone of the eye is at the base of the second and third toes. The reflex area of the ear is at the base of the four toes, but it should be noted that the toe reflex area and the body organs are all left and right cross correspondence, that is, the left toe reflects the health of the right brain, right eye and right ear, and the right toe reflects the health of the left brain, left eye and left ear.
Once the problem is found, everyone can use gua sha for health care. Gua sha diagnosis and treatment, taking the reflex area of the brain as an example:
Step 1: Press
Apply gua sha milk on your feet, and press the reflex area with a gua sha board to accurately locate it. The whole big toe represents the brain, the base of the big toe is the neck area, which is equivalent to our neck, and the slightly higher part of the inside of the base of the big toe is the blood pressure point.
Step 2: Push
Slow push from top to bottom 1 mm 1 mm to check and diagnose, feel whether there are sand, nodules, bubbles, cord-like pain under the reflex area, usually push 3~5 times, the force from small to large.
Older people should also have a special check for the lower dementia point, the midpoint of the big toe on the side of the second toe.
If it's full, smooth and elastic, your brain is healthy. If some sand grains and nodules appear, it is a sign of normal aging. If you usually have poor memory and loss problems, this dementia point will hurt very much, then you should be especially careful.
Step 3: Knead
Use a gua sha board to rub the reflex area to promote the blood supply to the brain and achieve a therapeutic effect.
Step 4: Scrape
Use a gua sha board to scrape a large area of the reflex area and nearby areas, and comb all parts of the toes as a whole.
Step 5: Rub
Rub your toes with both hands, and at the end of the five steps, this toe health care is completed.
