Cross the fingers of both hands and place them behind your head, and open your elbows to the left and right sides of your hands, trying not to form an angle between your elbows;
Swing your elbows forward, the tips of your elbows forward, and then open to the sides.
1 time in one, do 10~20 times in a row. The speed of opening and closing should be slow and then fast, and gradually accelerate.
With your hands behind your head, try to raise your head as well as you can, while opening your elbows to your sides.
At this time, the head is like a pillow, pillow in the palm of the hand;
Then, turn your head to the left and look at the tip of your left elbow out of the corner of your eye, hold for two seconds, then turn your head to the right and look at the tip of your right elbow out of the corner of your eye.
One left and one right is 1 time, 6~8 times in a row.
Look up and turn your head slowly, and strive to be in place in every direction.
After exercising for a period of time, the neck can be flexible, and the head can be rotated more widely.
Relax your arms, hang down naturally, and lift your shoulders up and down about 10 times (Figure 3);
Then relax the head and neck and slowly rotate the neck in a counter-clockwise direction for 3 weeks each.

The muscles of the shoulder and back are in a state of semi-encircling the neck, which is the source and nourishment reservoir of the neck qi and blood.
When making introductions, the speed and amplitude of the opening and closing and rotor are key. The opening and closing of the elbows is an exercise to contract the neck muscles, and the speed should be increased little by little, and the amplitude should be maximized, so that the neck muscle fibers, shoulder girdle muscles and related muscle groups of the back can be fully exercised.
