The clouds in the sky are formed by water vapor, which descend when it is cold, and rise and disperse when it is hot, and the clouds on the lung meridian mean that the lungs pass through the qi and blood, and come out of the Yunmen acupoint in the form of cloud-like gaseous matter, and transmit outside the meridian acupoint, all over the body, like the weather clouds and mist, breeding all things, so the acupoint is called the Yunmen acupoint.

According to the Ming Dynasty's "Acupuncture and Moxibustion Dacheng", Yunmen, the main typhoid fever is hot in the limbs, coughing and wheezing, shortness of breath in the chest and flanks, rushing to the heart, full of annoyance in the chest, pain in the back of the flank, shoulder pain and arms are not raised.
