The Liangmen acupoint is the acupuncture point of the Zuyang Ming stomach meridian, which is in the upper abdomen of the human body, 4 inches above the umbilicus, and 2 inches next to the anterior midline.
The most accurate and convenient way is to adopt a supine posture, find the navel eye and the lower edge of the sternum in the upper abdomen, and draw a straight line along the midline of the human body.
