If we want to solve the problem of frozen shoulder, we must first understand the causes of its formation, and TCM believes that it is mainly caused by the following reasons:


1. Virtual


Frozen shoulder, also known as fifty shoulder, is when a person is about fifty years old, weak and overworked, it is particularly easy to induce frozen shoulder, which makes shoulder pain and shoulder movement restricted.


2. Rheumatism and cold


Frozen shoulder, also known as cold condensation shoulder, is due to the neck and shoulder meridians and blood are already not smooth, after the cold meridians qi and blood are more stagnant, cold condensation meridians, qi and blood are not smooth, activities are restricted, and it is very painful, which has a lot to do with external evils, and is also related to the lack of qi and blood.
