Whether the blood vessels are blocked or not, you will know by touching here!

According to the "Metropolis Express", a pregnant woman in Fujian suddenly fainted, the full-term fetus was gone, and she may also become a vegetative person. Zheng Zhiqun, chief physician of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Fujian Union Medical College Hospital, said that the culprit of all this is pulmonary embolism, which is very dangerous, and it often takes only a few minutes from onset to death. Once a blood clot is formed, it's like a ticking time bomb!
Pregnant women are at high risk of pulmonary embolism, and middle-aged and elderly people are also prone to acute thrombotic blockage.
In the process of walking, jogging and other sports, I suddenly feel unbearable leg pain, pressure or numbness in the lower limbs, which can get better after resting, and I think it is caused by excessive exercise or old age, so I don't take it seriously.

In fact, the pain and numbness of the lower limbs after this kind of exercise is likely to be lower limb vascular disease.
There is a reason why blood vessels are clogged.
Elderly friends, eating problems, natural degeneration... This results in deposition, thickening of the intima of blood vessels, the formation of "plaques", and narrowing of the arteries. If the plaque is knotted at the junction of the branch of the blood vessel, the blood cannot flow through, and occlusion is easy to occur, and the consequences are ......
So, how to measure whether the blood vessels are blocked or not?
Whether
the blood vessels are blocked or not, I
can understand
the
initial blockage
when I test it at home
- the legs and feet are afraid of cold, the pulse of the feet is weakened,
and
the blockage of blood vessels is the result of many years, what is the initial "sign" of the problem?
The foot is the end of the human body and the most distal part of the heart.
At first, there are two feelings:
  • The first is that the legs are a little afraid of cold;
  • Second, if you walk for a long time, one leg will get tired and sore.

There is also a relatively clear signal that can be verified: the pulse can be felt on the wrist, in fact, the highest point in the middle of the dorsum of the human foot, gently touched, you can feel the pulse.
The
fact that we can feel the pulse of this foot proves that our arterial blood goes all the way to the back of the foot. However, after walking a certain distance, you can't feel the pulse again, and at this time, a mild blockage of the artery may occur.
When the blockage worsens
– intermittent claudicationWhen
the blockage of the blood vessels gets worse, a strange condition occurs – intermittent claudication.
For example, some elderly people feel that they can't walk after walking a few hundred meters, their legs are sore, and they can walk after resting for a while, which is a typical symptom of vascular artery blockage, vascular intermittent claudication.
This soreness does not come from joint diseases, but from muscle soreness, mainly because muscle exercise requires a large amount of oxygen, and the blood vessels are not supplied in time. After resting for a while, you can walk again, which is also a typical symptom of clogged arteries.
In the event of an acute thrombosis, the person feels sudden pain in the leg. At this time, it can generally be determined that it is caused by the sudden fall off of the blood clot, which is very dangerous, because if the blood clot is free to the heart with the blood flow, it will lead to myocardial infarction, so be careful!
45 should try in the future
- a way to check whether the blood vessels are blocked
: lie flat on the bed, raise your feet to about 45 degrees for about 30 seconds, and then observe your two legs.
If one leg is pale, even a little waxy, and the skin of the leg feels a little transparent, and when the foot is taken off and the normal sitting position is resumed, the leg will be flushed, which means that the leg has developed ischemic symptoms.
One of the reasons why you
are not afraid of clogging
blood
vessels is that the blood in the blood vessels is not enough and the flow rate is slow, so in addition to controlling the excessive accumulation of blood garbage such as blood lipids through diet, you can also prevent the formation of plates and the blockage of blood vessels by allowing more blood to flow through the blood vessels at a faster speed!
The method is not difficult, there is no need to run or trek, because these movements are not universal, and it is difficult to popularize, so, after further exploration, I found a sport that most people can do - tiptoeing!
Don't underestimate this tiptoe action, in the process of tiptoeing, the calf muscles will be regularly contracted and comfortable, which will stimulate the blood vessels at the deepest level, and the blood vessels will be regularly squeezed and relaxed, and tiptoe will increase the flow and speed of blood in the lower limbs, so that the blood vessels of the lower limbs will be washed by more and faster blood.
Method: Wear a pair of stable flat shoes to stand up, lift your heels, support your body with your toes, drop your heels after about 2 seconds, continue to lift your heels after standing firm, support your body with your toes, and repeat.
Recommendation: Do this 3 times a day for about 5 minutes each time. If you sit continuously for more than 1 hour, it is also recommended to stand up and do it for a few minutes. If you're worried about standing unsteadily, you can help maintain your balance by holding on to the back of your chair.
You can do it when you watch TV, you can do it when you play with your mobile phone, you can do it when you chat with people, you don't stick to the time and place, your physique is particularly weak, and people with heart disease should do what you can!
In addition to tiptoe exercises, you can also sit or lie down to do thrombosis exercises - foot lifting exercises.
There is a special term for foot lift in medicine called "ankle pump exercise".
Ankle pump exercise can promote blood circulation, reduce swelling of the lower limbs, and reduce venous thrombosis in the lower limbs. It includes the following 3 steps
: 01, plantar flexion
lie flat or sit on the bed, lower limbs extend, thighs relaxed, inhale, slowly hook the toes, try to make the toes towards yourself, hold for 5~10 seconds when reaching the maximum position, exhale, and then slowly put down, rest for a while.
02.
Lie flat or sit on the bed with your back stretched, stretch your lower limbs, relax your thighs, inhale, slowly stretch your toes, try your best to keep your toes facing down, hold for 5~10 seconds when you reach the maximum position, exhale, and then slowly put down and rest for a while.
Plantar flexion and dorsal extension can be done coherently without pauses.
03. Lie
flat or sit on the bed in a circle, stretch your lower limbs, relax your thighs, inhale, take the ankle joint as the center, and surround your toes 360 degrees, trying to keep the maximum range of movement.
When practicing, it should be noted that
after
completing one set of movements, take a short break and then carry out the next set of movements, repeatedly flex and extend the ankle joint, 3~4 times a day, 20~50 sets each time.

At the beginning of the exercise, use less force, gradually increase the intensity as you get used to it, and if you feel significant pain during the exercise, you can reduce the training time and frequency.
Hurry up and touch your feet and send it to the friends you care about to test, health is no trivial matter!

Regardless of whether there is a blockage of blood vessels, it is best to tiptoe more and lift your feet for a lifetime!
