Session 1: Pat your fingertips



Method: Tap both hands and arms upwards 50 times, fingers relaxed

Efficacy: Regulates peripheral blood circulation, strengthens kinetic energy, and stimulates the vitality of the whole body

Session 2: Shoulder Pat (Shoulder Well)



Method: Pat the shoulder well points on both sides with both hands crossed 50 times, and press down with the palms of your hands when patting

Efficacy: Treatment of shoulder, neck and back pain, dizziness, headache, tinnitus, etc

Section 3: Elbow Pat (Shakuzawa)



Method: Tap your hands 50 times, first at the top (Shakuzawa acupoint), then at the bottom (Shaohai acupoint)

Efficacy: Treats tennis elbow, cough, nasal congestion, anxiety, depression, etc

Section 4: Clapping the wrist (Taiyuan, Shenmen)
