Where is the medium focus?
In layman's terms, it is below the ribs and above the navel, and this place concentrates the liver, gallbladder, spleen and stomach. Above the ribs is the upper coke, which concentrates the heart and lungs; Below the navel to the external genitalia, it is the lower coke, which concentrates the large and small intestines, kidneys, and bladder.

Why is it easy to block in the middle focus?
The upper focus is covered by ribs, and the lower focus is covered by the pelvis, but the middle focus is soft. The place covered by bones is not easy to deform and bend, and only the middle focus is soft, stretchable, and easy to block.

How to unblock the middle focus?
1. Pat the Sanjiao Sutra

3. Turn the palms downward, release the ten fingers, and slowly lower the arms from the left and right sides; Both heels are still raised.

4. Slowly drop your heels and return to the ready position.
