In massage, we will have a soft spot for a certain acupuncture point, and only one acupuncture point is called "single acupoint" or "one acupoint" for a certain disease, and a certain acupuncture point is called "full acupoint" for all diseases, which means all-round acupuncture point.
Today I recommend one of my favorite "whole acupoints": yin and yang.
The yin and yang are located at the horizontal stripes of the wrist, from the middle to the sides; There is a slight difference in the position of the Sanzijing school, which is divided from the small Tianxin to both sides. We take the small celestial center as the lower midpoint, and the midpoint of the wrist striation as the upper midpoint, and divide them to both sides in a faceted shape.
The division of yin and yang for the whole acupoint is seen in Mr. Sun Chongsan, the director of the teaching and research department of the Shandong Provincial School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the leader of the national pediatric massage colleges in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and the current well-known descendants or masters of various schools in the country, almost all of whom have been guided by him.
After his death, later generations of students sorted out his information and found that every child in Tuina would use the acupuncture point of Yin and Yang, and every disease must be pushed.
This is also easy to understand, because the Sun Chongsan school attaches great importance to "the unity of heaven and man, the balance of yin and yang", and when yin and yang are balanced, they will not get sick, and the division of yin and yang will have the purpose of balancing yin and yang.
In addition to balancing yin and yang, there are also the following uses of dividing yin and yang:
1. Cold and heat are mixed into yin and yang;
2. Half of the surface and half of the inside are divided into yin and yang;
3. If the high fever does not subside, it will divide yin and yang first;
4. Calm the mind and calm the nerves, divide yin and yang.
Other functions include: harmonizing qi and blood, and stagnation and digestion.
In short, if you use yin and yang well, you will have a comprehensive health care effect and the effect is remarkable.
