Inner courtyard acupoint
The inner courtyard acupoint is the Xing acupoint of the Zuyang Ming stomach meridian. If you have bad breath, constipation, sore throat, toothache, bloating, spitting acid and other discomforts, you can press the inner courtyard acupoint more.
Massage technique: The inner acupoint is at the intersection of the gap between the second toe and the third toe, and you can rub it with your thumb 100 times a day in the morning and evening.
Taichong acupoint
The Taichong point is located in a depression 1.5 cm upward in the gap between the big toe and the second toe. Since it belongs to the Yin and Liver meridians of the foot and the yin, massaging this acupoint has a very good effect on the symptoms of fire caused by the exuberance of the liver. If you put your hand on the Taichong acupoint, you will feel very painful with a little force, indicating that the liver fire is relatively strong, so you should massage this acupoint more.
Massage technique: Before massaging the Taichong acupoint, soak your feet in hot water for about 10 minutes, and then use your thumb to push and knead from the bottom to the top for 3 minutes.
Hegu Cave
Hegu Cave is the best to find, what we usually call the tiger's mouth is. Hegu acupoint belongs to the large intestine meridian of Hand Yangming, and traditional Chinese medicine says that "the lungs and the large intestine are on the inside and outside". If you have a toothache, tinnitus, red and swollen eyes, nosebleeds, headache, sore throat, constipation, fever, dry mouth, or pimples on your face that keep coming out one after another, you can press the Hegu acupoint to extinguish the fire.
