3. The cold is in the viscera, and it is necessary to take a three-pronged approach!
Cold qi invades the viscera for a long time, and it is often difficult to completely eradicate it with a simple method, at this time, we must use a variety of methods to fight together, so that it is possible to expel these anti-object-oriented cold and evil qi from our body!
Three-way combination method is recommended! The so-called "three-way combination method", that is, moxibustion + hot compress + foot soak!
Fang 1: Moxibustion. The dog days are coming soon, and you can choose to do moxibustion in the morning of the day. Acupuncture points: Dazhu, Xinyu, Liver, Spleen, Lung, Kidney, Shenque, Guanyuan, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Yongquan acupoints.

Generally speaking, salt is mainly coarse salt or sea salt, which is natural salt with slightly larger particles and does not melt easily during the frying process. And wormwood, mainly selected Chen wormwood, it is softer, and the sexual taste is more stable.
