If there is a problem with the five organs, it will first be manifested in the five senses, so the function of the five organs can also be judged by the five senses, and the problems of the five organs can also be alleviated by stretching the muscles of the five senses. Many of the 12 meridian tendons have passed through the head face, and the head face can also be stretched, so as to alleviate the diseases of the viscera.
