Muscle relaxation
[Knead]: Use your thumb to press and rub the neck and shoulder muscles
[Lift]: Lift upwards while rubbing the neck and shoulder muscles
[Arm Rolling Massage]: Place the forearm on the neck and shoulders and massage, paying attention to the homeopathic rolling of the forearm each time.
[Tapping]: Standing with both hands, alternately tapping the neck and shoulders quickly (in order to let everyone see the action clearly, the therapist in the picture below deliberately slowed down the movement, everyone remember to tap quickly)

Muscle pulling
Press the shoulders with one hand and hold the head with the other hand to the side and slowly pull to the side, holding for 15 seconds when the person being massaged feels a noticeable feeling of stretching.
Change direction and slowly pull to the side and forward, holding for 15 seconds when the person being massaged feels a noticeable feeling of pulling.
