This scripture is a woman's "lifeline", no matter how difficult it is, you have to get through it!

In a woman's life, there is a meridian that must be opened, because it is the lifeblood of a woman, and no matter how difficult it is, it must be opened! It's just that—Ren Mai!

Ren Mai was first recorded in the "Yellow Emperor's Neijing", which is one of the eight veins of the human body.

Traditional Chinese medicine says that "the abdomen is yin, and the back is yang", Ren pulse follows the anterior midline of the person, starting from the uterine in the abdomen, descending out of the perineum, passing through the mons pubis, going up along the midline of the abdomen and chest, passing through Guan Yuan and other acupoints, all the way to the throat, going up to the upper jaw, and then branching left and right, and surrounding the lips, intersecting at the gingival intersection point of the Du vein, and finally passing through both sides of the nose, ascending to the lower orbit (Chengqi acupoint), and intersecting with the Zuyang Ming meridian.

Ren pulse goes to the middle of the abdomen, runs through the abdomen of the person, intersects with the yin meridian of the human body, is in charge of the qi and blood of the six yin meridians, and has a general and general role in the yin veins of the whole body, so it is also called "the sea of yin veins", and women belong to yin, which shows that this vein is also of great significance to women.

Although we always talk about yang, yin is equally important, and in traditional Chinese medicine, yin and yang are mutually reinforcing and indispensable, and their status as the sea of yin is very important.

1. Ren Mai, the root of a woman's life!

Ren mai originated from the lower abdomen uterus, which is the place where women store yin blood and produce menstruation. Estrogen secretion, including in women, is involved. This shows that Ren Mai is a major foundation of a woman, and the moisturizing and nutrition of a woman's Yin Lord is related to a woman's menstrual period and giving birth to a new life, and these all depend on whether the woman's Ren Pulse meridian is full and smooth, so it is called "Ren Zhu's twins".

Not only that, Ren Mai is also closely related to women's health, "Su Wen" mentions: "Ren Mai is a disease...... The woman brought down the stumbling gathering. "Ren pulse can regulate women's menstrual irregularities and give birth to fetuses, which is the foundation of women's birth and maintenance. If Ren Mai is sick, the gynecology of a woman is prone to lumps, accumulation, and other diseases.

Second, Ren Mai, the hinterland of women's reproduction!

Ren veins grow in the cells, connect with the five organs of the human body, and circulate throughout the body. If the pulse is blocked, it will lead to a decline in the function of the five organs. Not only that, Ren Mai is a woman's hinterland, which is related to human fertility.

"The Yellow Emperor's Neijing" cloud: "Women's Qiqi, Ren pulse is weak, Taichong pulse is weak, the sky is exhausted, and the tunnel is not passable." Therefore the form is bad and there are no children.   The word "Ren" in Ren Mai has the meaning of serving and recuperating, that is, Ren is the main twin.

If the pulse qi is out of balance, it will cause various diseases of the anterior yin, such as leucorrhoea, irregular menstruation, poor urination, urine discharge, and pain in the yin, and it will affect fertility.   The reason why human life continues and civilization can be inherited is that Ren Mai should have a unique credit.

3. Ren Mai, a woman's blood bank!

Since ancient times, traditional Chinese medicine has the view that "women are blood-oriented", believing that women take blood as nourishment, blood as use, blood is very important to women, and women's physiological activities in menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, and milk are not separated from blood, and everything needs to consume blood, resulting in many women often having excess qi and insufficient blood, and on the contrary, insufficient blood, those physiological activities will fluctuate.

So how to "nourish blood"?

The rise and fall of the Taichong pulse directly affects the operation of women's yin blood, and whether a woman's menstrual period can come smoothly is the best embodiment.

Which vein is Taichong? It is the vein that leads to the uterus and ovaries, and many of the blood-consuming physiological activities of women depend on it.

And the Taichong pulse is under the jurisdiction of Ren Mai, only when Ren Mai is connected, Taichong can be prosperous, and the "menstrual affairs" can come and flow on time, so that there are all kinds of iconic qi and blood activities of women.   Therefore, Ren Mai can be said to be a woman's blood bank, Yang Qi, Yin is formed, blood is tangible, Ren Mai is the sea of Yin Vein, no woman can live without it.

Fourth, moxibustion opens up the Ren pulse, and there are many benefits!

Ren pulse is located in the front of the chest, connected to the breast glands and down to the uterus, always any yin meridian, connected with all the yin veins of the whole body, where the essence of blood, jin fluid are the division of the Ren vein, so it is called the sea of yin veins. So, what benefits can moxibustion bring to women?

1
. The Yin meridian of any body regulates the yin meridian qi and blood

Ren pulse follows in the middle of the abdomen, the abdomen is yin, indicating that the Ren pulse has a general and general role in the yin meridian and pulse qi of the body, which is the "sea of yin veins", in addition, the foot three yin meridians intersect with the Ren pulse in the lower abdomen, and the hand three yin meridians borrow the foot three yin meridians to communicate with the Ren pulse, so the Ren pulse has a regulating effect on the yin meridian qi and blood, so there is a saying of "always Ren Zhu Yin".

2
. Regulate menstruation and conceive the fetus

Ren pulse originates in the cell, has the effect of regulating menstruation and promoting women's reproductive function, so there is a saying of "Ren master twins".

3
. Nourish the abdomen, chest and neck

This sutra is mainly used to treat local diseases of the abdomen, chest, neck, head and face and corresponding internal organ diseases, and a few acupoints have a strong effect or can treat mental diseases. Such as hernia, under the belt, abdominal lumps and other symptoms.

5. Moxibustion's Ren Pulse Acupoints

1
. Moxibustion: Qi and blood feet

The middle navel is the recruitment point of the stomach, which has the effect of promoting dampness in the stomach; This acupoint is also one of the "Eight Hui Acupoints", that is, "Fu Hui Zhong Guan", which is one of the most commonly used acupoints for regulating spleen and stomach diseases.

If you have tenderness in the middle of the stomach, and there is also the phenomenon of acid reflux, it may be that there is a certain problem with the function of the spleen and stomach, and the middle belly point is in the middle of the stomach, occupying the main part of the stomach, so the conditioning effect for spleen and stomach diseases is the best. Therefore, it has naturally become a common acupoint for spleen and stomach diseases.

After stimulation of the navel point, the peristalsis of the stomach will be enhanced, which is manifested by the pylorus opening and a slight increase in the lower border of the stomach. Moreover, it can also improve the body's immunity and enhance the phagocytic activity of macrophages. When the stomach is adjusted, the qi and blood are naturally sufficient.

2
Moxibustion Shenque: Yin and Yang

The Shenque is located in the middle of the umbilical fossa, which is located in the middle of the abdomen of the human body, in the center of the umbilicus.

The position of the Shenque acupoint is the navel, and the navel is located on the "golden section point" of the human body, which is the best point of action to adjust the function of the human body, and is an important source of qi and blood in the upper meridians of the Ren vein, and plays a role in communicating up and down in the middle of the focal point. The root of the vitality is the key point of health preservation that connects the innate and acquired of the human body. The song says: "If you often moxibustion the Shenque acupoints, all diseases will be destroyed." ”

3
Moxibustion Guan Yuan: lock yang qi

Guan Yuan acupoint is the recruitment point of the small intestine, and the qi of the small intestine gathers in this acupoint and is transferred to the skin through this acupoint. Guan Yuan acupoint is the innate sea of qi, and it is a place for health preservation, breathing, inhaling and concentrating.

The ancients called the place where the human body is at the intersection of yin and yang; Lao Tzu called it "the door of all wonders".

Guan Yuan acupoint is located three inches below the Shenque, and has the functions of Pei Yuan to consolidate the foundation and nourish the lower focus. Anyone who loses vitality can moxibustion this acupoint, and it has a very good effect. Modern research has confirmed that moxibustion Guan Yuan can also regulate endocrine and achieve the effect of strengthening the body.
