Cooking tips:

1. Kumquat should be scrubbed with salt in advance to remove the wax on the surface, eat more clean and hygienic, if you want to ensure the integrity of the orange, do not need to remove the core, spit it out when eating, use a knife to cut a few knives on the surface of the kumquat, in order to facilitate the cooking of the ingredients of the kumquat better integrated into the soup;

2. Pears are not peeled and nutritious, peeled and taste better, you can choose by yourself, but the pear core must be removed, if the pear is not directly boiled in the pot after cutting, remember to soak the pear in water in advance to prevent oxidation and blackening, cook soup with red dates, remember to remove the red date core to avoid fire;

3. Cook the soup to add enough water at one time, but it doesn't take too much, because these ingredients are easier to cook, you can avoid adding water halfway is enough, wolfberries don't need to be boiled for too long, simply cook for a few minutes before coming out of the pot, so you don't need to put it in the pot too early, don't have too much rock sugar, otherwise it will be too sweet and will suppress the fragrance of kumquat.
