Ingredients: 250g pork, 5 shiitake mushrooms, 1 ginger, 2 garlic heads, 1 shallot, 1 shallot, coriander

  • Step 1: Dice the shiitake mushrooms and pork, chop the green onion, ginger and garlic into foam, chop the coriander, and chop the green onion

  • Step 5: After stir-frying, add 500ml of water and bring to a boil over high heat, after boiling, cover and simmer over low heat for an hour.

  • Step 6: After the soup is dried, the dried meat is ready.

  • Step 7: Add an appropriate amount of minced garlic, coriander, chopped green onions, chili oil and a teaspoon of salt to the bottom of the bowl and pour into the boiling noodle broth.

  • Step 8: Put the boiled noodles in a bowl, and then pour an appropriate amount of dried meat to serve.

Tips:

(1) When the base in the bowl is prepared, you can add the noodle soup for boiling noodles, or you can add bone broth, of course, adding bone broth will taste better.

(2) Add the boiled noodles to the cold boiled water for a while, so that the soaked noodles are stronger.
