Ingredients: tofu, minced pork, chives, ginger, garlic, Sichuan pepper, starch, dried chilies, cooking oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, bean paste, sugar

Method:

1. Wash the tofu, cut it into small pieces, and soak it in salted water for later use

2. Finely chop the ginger, cut the garlic sprouts, chop the Pixian bean paste, and chop the beef

3. Pour water into the pot, add a little salt, then add tofu, boil and blanch for later use

4. Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the minced beef until it is a beautiful golden brown

5. Add the bean paste and stir-fry, stir-fry until fragrant, then stir-fry the tempeh

6. Add minced ginger and stir-fry, add chili noodles and stir-fry until the oil is red and bright

Ingredients: tofu puffs, minced pork, carrots, green peppers, shiitake mushrooms, corn kernels, salt, sesame oil, seafood soy sauce, minced green onion and ginger, cooking wine, pepper, sugar

Method:

1. Cut the tofu bubble on one side, use a small spoon to dig out the tofu in the middle, and form a tofu box

5. Dip the whole body of the tofu slices in starch, and then put them in the egg wash to dip the egg mixture

6. Put it in a frying pan with peanut oil after heating, heat over medium heat, and wait until one side is golden

Ingredients: lean meat, tofu, light soy sauce, oil, salt, green onion

Method:

1. Wash and chop the lean meat, wash the tofu and green onions

2. Boil water, add tofu and boil water for two minutes

3. Scoop up the tofu and set aside

4. Wash the pot, pour in the oil, then pour in the minced lean meat, and fry for three minutes
