Here's how I made it:

1. Peel and steam the pumpkin, about 170 grams. Add 10 grams of sugar and 3 grams of yeast to the warm pumpkin puree and stir well.

3. Put it in a warm place to rise. When it's cold, I put it in a steamer and let it rise through warm water, and the water temperature can be controlled at about 35 degrees.


4. Stir-fry the rinsed sesame seeds and walnuts. Let it cool and put it in a plastic bag and grind it with a rolling pin.



5. Add an appropriate amount of butter or pork or cooking oil to the chopped walnuts and sesame seeds, and mix into a wet dough.



6. The volume of the dough after waking up is significantly expanded, and the inside is a honeycomb structure.


7. Take out the dough and knead it for a while to exhaust. Roll into long strips and divide evenly into pieces.



8. Knead each piece of small dough slightly, roll it out into a round cake, put in the filling, and apply it to one side, and don't smear the filling on the edges.



9. Fold it in half and give it a slight compaction on the edges.



10. Use a comb that has never combed your hair to press it out of the pattern. Push it inside from the texture and pinch the tail a little.




11. Put all the food in the steamer and let it rise again for 15 minutes.


12. Steam the water for 15 minutes after boiling, turn off the heat and simmer for another three minutes.
