The production process
1. Pour two bags of milk into the basin first, and add a spoonful of sugar if you like sweetness. Pour a small half bowl of cornstarch into the milk bowl and stir well until there are no small pieces.
2. Pour the milk in the basin into a clean pot, turn on low heat and stir constantly, stir slowly without stopping, prevent sticking to the pan until it becomes sticky, pour it into a container, and quickly smooth the surface while it is hot. Once it has cooled, then refrigerate it for two hours (or one hour if you're in a hurry) When it's time, pour it out, cut it into long strips, and prepare the egg mixture, cornstarch, and breadcrumbs. Start the first three steps of frying, coated with starch, egg wash, and breadcrumbs in turn.
3. Put oil in the pot, put the wrapped fresh milk strips in the middle of the oil at a warm temperature, and slowly push it with a spoon in the middle to prevent sticking. Fry over low heat until the surface is golden brown and remove it.
