Fish-flavored egg tofu
All ingredients: egg tofu, chives, corn starch, appropriate amount of cooking oil, a little salt, a spoonful of light soy sauce, two spoons of aged vinegar, a spoonful of oyster sauce, half a spoon of sugar, a spoonful of starch, half a spoon of bean paste, half a bowl of water
Step 1: Cut the egg tofu in half, then squeeze out the tofu and then change the knife to cut thick slices, then put the cut egg tofu on a plate, cut the chives into green onions, and set aside.

Tips: It is recommended to wrap a piece of starch in a pan and fry a piece, because egg tofu is relatively easy to break, and then turn it over after it is completely set!
