Roasted potatoes with green peppers
All ingredients: green peppers, potatoes, garlic, chives, appropriate amount of cooking oil, a little salt, two spoons of light soy sauce, a spoonful of aged vinegar, a spoonful of oyster sauce, half a spoon of sugar, a spoonful of starch, and an appropriate amount of water
Step 1: Clean the green pepper first, then remove the stems and seeds and cut them into small pieces, peel the garlic, slice them with a knife, pick the chives, cut the green onions, and then put all the cut ingredients on a plate for later use.
Step 2: Peel and clean the potatoes again, then change the knife to cut the hob pieces, and then wash the cut potato pieces with water several times to wash off the excess starch on the potato pieces, and then remove the water control water and set aside.

Step 5: After the potato pieces are removed, put the green pepper slices into the pot and fry for about 30 seconds.
Step 6: After all the frying is done, then pour out the oil in the pot, just leave the bottom oil in the pot, when the oil is warm, add chopped green onions and garlic slices, fry until the bottom of the pot is fragrant, then pour the ingredients with dry oil into the pot, and then pour the prepared sauce on top of the ingredients, turn on the high heat and quickly stir-fry evenly, you can turn off the heat and get out of the pot. This dish of green pepper roasted potatoes is complete, sweet and sour, soft and glutinous, but remember to steam more rice!
Tips:
When frying potato cubes, remember to fry them slowly over medium-low heat throughout the whole process, and remember to fry the potato cubes thoroughly or they will cause food poisoning!
