Step 3: With one fermentation, the dough does not need to be fermented first, it is directly made, divided into six parts, and they are rounded one by one, remember to cover the plastic wrap to prevent the surface of the dough from drying and hardening

Step 4: Sprinkle some dry powder to prevent sticking, roll out into a round sheet with a rolling pin, and then use chopsticks to press out the stripes

Step 5: Cut 2/3 of the whole dough sheet with a scraper, turn the dough sheet over, and fold it up for the first time as shown in the picture

Step 6: Then stack it a second time on top to form the picture as shown in the picture

Step 7: Push it in with a spatula, and then form two connected heart shapes, brush a layer of oil on the surface with a brush, and the shape level will be more distinct, and the double heart roll embryo will be made

Step 8: After all is done, put it into the steamer, cover and ferment, the current temperature is 28 degrees, and the raw embryo will ferment in 20 minutes, the higher the temperature (not more than 35 degrees), the shorter the fermentation time, depending on the actual situation to adjust

Step 9: After fermentation, you can start the fire, start the timer from the steam, steam for 15 minutes, do not rush to open the lid after steaming, simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, to prevent contact with cold air and cause retraction

How can you tell if the dough has risen?
