Ingredients: 1 white radish, appropriate amount of shrimp skin, 2 millet peppers, a little shallot, appropriate amount of coriander, 2 tablespoons of Yipin fresh soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, a little sugar, 3 rock sugars, 5 Sichuan peppercorns, appropriate amount of water starch


1. We first prepare the required ingredients, the radish here should use white radish, it is not recommended to use green radish, and if you can't eat spicy, don't prepare millet pepper, as shown in the picture above.


2. The skin of white radish is also very nutritious, carefully scrub it with a brush, and if you really don't like it, remove the skin directly, as shown in the picture above.


3. Then cut the radish into 3~5 mm thick slices, try to cut it evenly, as shown in the picture above.


4. Then blanch the radish, add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, put the radish in a pot of cold water, add a few peppercorns, 3 rock sugar, boil the water in the pot over high heat, and then turn to medium-low heat and cook for about 10 minutes, be careful not to cover the pot, and use pepper and rock sugar to effectively remove the odor in the radish, as shown in the picture above.

6. We take out the blanched radish slices to control the moisture, put them on the plate in turn, and then pour the seasoned sauce evenly on the radish slices, sprinkle the appropriate amount of shrimp skin, and if you can eat spicy, you can also sprinkle the millet pepper rings on the radish slices, because my family can't eat spicy ones, I choose to put them later, here we should pay attention to the radish slices one by one, so that the shape is more beautiful, and the other is that the heating will be more even, as shown in the picture above.


7. After the water in the steamer is boiled, put the radish in the stack and steam it over medium heat for 15~20 minutes, as shown in the picture above.


8. Take it out after steaming, in fact, you can eat it directly in this state, but if we add one more step, it will be more delicious, as shown in the picture above.


9. Pour the soup from the radish plate back into the pot, add 1 tablespoon of water starch and stir well after boiling, so that the soup becomes thick, as shown in the picture above.

Tips:

1. When blanching the radish slices, add Sichuan pepper and rock sugar, so as to effectively remove the smell of the radish itself.
