9. After all the dough is shaped, put it on the plate, it is best not to put it too full, because it will become larger after fermentation, so it is best to prepare a few more plates to hold the bread embryo. Then we send it to a place of about 30 degrees and ferment for 30 to 40 minutes. If the indoor temperature is high, you can ferment directly at room temperature, and the fermentation time is not absolute, as long as the fermentation is 1.5 times the original size

10. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the electric baking pan, the oil must be more, and then preheat it over low heat for 1 minute, after 1 minute, put the fermented bread embryo into the electric baking pan, fry it slowly over low heat, every 1 minute or more, it is best to turn it down, so as to ensure that the color on both sides is uniform

11. Fry until the bread becomes larger and browned on both sides, press it with a spatula, and it can rebound quickly, which means that it is cooked, anyway, I will fry it for about 9 to 10 minutes later
