Next, prepare to whip the egg whites while turning the oven on top and bottom to preheat at 165 degrees.

Add a few drops of white vinegar or lemon juice to the egg white, add the sugar to it three times (1/3 of the sugar when the fish eye bubble is beaten, when the bubbles are delicate, and when there are lines), beat with an electric whisk, beat until the whisk is lifted, and two small sharp corners can be presented on it.



Add the whipped meringue to the egg yolk paste in three times, stir well with the stirring technique, and do not stir in circles to avoid foaming.



After all the batter is well stirred, pour half of the batter into the mold and spread a layer of meat floss.



Pour in the remaining half of the batter, place the mold on the table and shake it a few times, and sprinkle with the meat floss, chopped green onion and sesame seeds.



Put it in the middle of the oven and bake it at 165 degrees for 40 minutes, the time and temperature are for reference only.
