Black sesame seeds and flour are delicious, nutritious and rich, suitable for all ages, and easy to make

Black sesame seeds are very rich in vitamin E, and regular eating can delay aging, which also has a good health care effect and high nutritional value. Today, I used black sesame seeds to make a delicious steamed bun for my family, and it also has filling, which my children especially like to eat.

Here's how I do it:

Add 15 grams of sugar, 3 grams of yeast to 1,300 grams of flour, and then add 150 ml of warm water in small quantities several times to knead into a smooth dough with moderate hardness and softness.

2. Since the weather is relatively cool now, we wake up through warm water, and the water temperature can be controlled at about 35 degrees. The water temperature should not be too hot, otherwise the yeast will easily lose its activity and the noodles will not be able to rise.

3. Wash the sesame seeds, put them in a pan, and fry them over low heat until they crackle until they are cooked.

4. Put the cool sesame seeds in a plastic bag and grind them with a rolling pin.

5. Put the ground sesame seeds into a bowl, put two spoonfuls out, and knead them in the dough for a while.

6. Add an appropriate amount of white sugar and two teaspoons of flour to the more sesame powder, the amount of sugar is according to personal taste, add an appropriate amount of water, and stir it into such a viscous state.

If you like to eat flowing sesame filling, you don't need to put flour, just replace the water with pork or butter, put a little more oil, mix well, put it in the refrigerator to set it, and then knead it into a ball and wrap it up.

7. The volume of the awakened dough is significantly expanded, and the inside is a honeycomb structure.

8. Pour the sesame powder you have just reserved into the dough and knead evenly.

9. Roll into long strips and divide evenly into pieces.

10. Knead each piece of small dough evenly, roll it out into a round cake, put in the sesame filling, and close it like a bun. Tidy it up and form a round bun.

11. After all the steamed buns are ready, put them in the steamer, wake up for 15 minutes through warm water, steam them for 20 minutes on high heat, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.

Sesame seeds and flour are matched in this way, delicious and nutritious, friends who like it can try it!
