Stir-fried shredded beef with shiitake mushrooms

Ingredients: beef, fresh shiitake mushrooms

Seasoning: edible oil, salt, ginger, garlic, green onion, cooking wine, light soy sauce, water starch, Sichuan pepper noodles, cumin noodles

Method:


1. First of all, wash the beef, cut it into shredded beef, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, water starch, grasp well, add some cooking oil to seal the water and set aside.

2. Wash the mushrooms and slice them with a knife.


3. Add water to the pot, pour the shiitake mushrooms into it and cook, then remove and drain.

4. Cut some ginger and garlic shreds, chop green onions, and separate green onions.

5. Pour cooking oil into the pan, add the beef and stir-fry until it is broken, and remove it.

6. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add ginger, garlic and green onions, stir-fry until fragrant, add shiitake mushrooms and shredded beef and stir-fry evenly, add some salt, light soy sauce, chicken essence, pepper noodles, cumin noodles, green onions and stir-fry well.

Tips:

1. Add water and starch to the shredded beef, grasp well, and seal the water with oil. 2. Stir-fry the shredded beef (don't take too long, change color and then remove it). 3. Add some peppercorn noodles and cumin noodles (I personally feel more fragrant).
