First of all, prepare: 200 grams of cake flour, 85 grams of salad oil, 80 grams of caster sugar, 1 gram of salt, 2 grams of baking soda, 1 egg, 50 grams of walnut kernels and peanuts, and an appropriate amount of black sesame seeds.

The third step is to put the walnut kernels and peanuts in the baking tray, put them in the middle layer of the oven, bake them at 150 degrees above and below for five minutes, take them out and let them cool, peel the peanuts, crush them with a knife, crush the walnuts as well, put them in the mixed dough, knead them with your hands, and make the dough and walnut kernels and peanuts evenly fused together.


The fourth step is to knead the dough, put it on the board, arrange it into long strips, cut it into the same size with a knife, take a dough and knead it into a circle, put it on a baking tray covered with oil-absorbing paper, knead all the dough round and put it on the baking sheet, and then gently press it flat with your hands.


The fifth step, brush a layer of egg yolk liquid left over from the dough with a brush on the peach crisp raw pi, and then sprinkle a little black sesame seeds for decoration, preheat the oven in advance, put the baking tray in the middle of the oven, the upper and lower tubes are 180 degrees, bake for about 12 minutes, watch the color, the color becomes caramel color and it can be baked.
