1. Mix the noodles first, add all-purpose flour to the basin, and then add cold water and noodles in stages

2. After the dough is ready, continue to knead the dough smoothly. To roll out the dough, place the dough on top of a large board of dry cornmeal to serve as a pavement.

3. Come down and make a tomato soup, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant, and add a spoonful of thirteen spices


Then add 2 bottles of tomato sauce to stir-fry to make it fragrant, this tomato sauce was pickled by me in July last year, and you can add tomatoes to it if you don't have tomato sauce



Add diced shiitake mushrooms and peeled corn kernels, and if you don't like corn kernels, you don't need to add them. Add light soy sauce and stir-fry


Then add water to it, the amount of water can be determined according to the amount of food eaten by the family, cover the pot and boil over high heat for about 5 minutes


When the tomato soup in the pot is boiled, add the dough sheets to it



Cover the pot and cook it


Add leeks before cooking, add salt, chicken essence, stir evenly, turn off the heat and remove from the pot
