【Homemade minced meat and tofu】

Ingredients required: 1 piece of northern tofu, 100 grams of pork, 1 coriander, appropriate amount of oil and salt, 1 green onion, 2 slices of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of chicken essence, half a tablespoon of braised soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of cooking wine, appropriate amount of water starch,

Steps:

1. It is best to use northern tofu for tofu, which is old tofu, which is relatively hard and not easy to break, and cut the tofu into even pieces.

2. Finely chop the pork, chop the green onion, mince the ginger, and slice the garlic.

3. Add water to the pot and boil, add a little salt, blanch the tofu, boil for 5-6 minutes after the water boils, remove the tofu, put it in cold water to cool, remove and drain the water for later use. When blanching tofu, add a little salt to the water, and when the tofu is cooked, it will not break easily. Blanching tofu can also remove the beany smell and shorten the firing time.

4. Add oil to the pot and heat it, add chopped green onions, minced ginger and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant, then add minced meat, stir-fry over low heat, and fry the minced meat until the color turns white.

5. Pour in braised soy sauce, light soy sauce and cooking wine, stir-fry evenly, stir-fry the minced meat to color, and remove the fishiness.

6. Add tofu, pour in a little water, then add chicken essence, and cook for 1-2 minutes.

7. Pour in an appropriate amount of water starch to thicken, heat over high heat until the soup becomes viscous, wrap it on the tofu, turn off the heat, put it on a plate, sprinkle with chopped coriander or green onions, and a plate of delicious home-cooked minced meat and tofu is ready.


Tips:
