Green pepper oil tofu

All ingredients: fried tofu, green pepper, red pepper, garlic, appropriate amount of cooking oil, a pinch of salt, a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, half a spoon of sugar, a bowl of water

Step 1: Cut the fried tofu in half, change the green pepper to shreds, dice the red pepper, mince the garlic and set aside.


Step 2: Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot, when the oil temperature is 5 hot, put the prepared diced red pepper and minced garlic into the pot, fry until fragrant, add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a little salt, half a spoon of sugar and a large bowl of water, stir well, and stir well.


Step 3: Then pour the prepared fried tofu into the pot and simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes.


Step 4: After stewing, pour the prepared green pepper shreds into the pot, stir-fry evenly, and wait for the soup to collect the juice, then you can put it out of the pot and put it on the plate. This green pepper tofu is ready, simple and fast, fragrant but not greasy, fresh and appetizing and delicious!

Tips:

When adding water to the pot, you can put more in an appropriate amount, so that the fried tofu can be stewed softer and more rotten!
