Winter melon is the only kind of melon that does not contain fat, and it has a good effect on lowering fat and losing weight.
Today, I will use these two ingredients together to make chicken breast meatball winter melon soup, and it will be even more delicious if I have another bowl of rice!
Ingredients Required:
Chicken breast, winter melon, coriander
Green onion, ginger, salt, light soy sauce, white pepper, sugar, egg, starch, sesame oil, cooking oil
1. Wash, peel, peel and cut the winter melon
2. Wash, chop and puree a piece of chicken breast.
Add chopped green onion, minced ginger, a pinch of salt, light soy sauce, sugar, white pepper, an egg and starch
Stir well in one direction and let stand for 10 minutes.
3. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to the minimum (the water surface in the pot is calm), and start to add the meatballs:
Squeeze out the meatballs with the mouth of one hand and use a small spoon with the other hand (it is easier to handle the small spoon dipped in water), scrape off the squeezed meatballs with a small spoon and put them into the pot.
4. After all the meatballs are put into the pot, gently push them away with the back of a spoon, then increase the heat and bring to a boil.
[If you like a particularly light taste, you can cook the chopped winter melon together at this time, and finally add a little salt, sesame oil and chopped coriander, and you can eat it in the pot.
Otherwise, there is another way, just look down]
5. Put oil in another pot, add chopped green onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the chopped winter melon and stir-fry evenly.
Then pour in the freshly made meatballs and soup
Bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and cook. Add a pinch of salt, sesame oil and chopped coriander before cooking.
Stir well and remove from the pan.
Pour it over the stewed rice and eat!
