Pumpkin and pork ribs do this, the powder is glutinous and sweet, nutritious and delicious, and my children eat more fragrant than anyone else

Today, I used pumpkin to roast pork ribs, a home-cooked stir-fry, very good, delicious and nutritious!

The method is simple, the pumpkin powder is glutinous and sweet, the pork ribs are soft and rotten and boneless, and my friends love to eat it!

Here's how I made it:

1. Peel and cut the pumpkin into cubes.

2. Prepare some ingredients: ginger slices, star anise, minced garlic, bay leaves, cinnamon, lemon. Cooking wine can also be used without lemon.

3. Put the washed pork ribs in a pot, add an appropriate amount of ginger slices and water. Blanch the water for about 5 minutes and cook until the oil is minced. Remove and clean, drain and set aside.

4. Add oil to the pot, add rock sugar, and fry over low heat until the sugar is colored.

5. Add the pork ribs and stir-fry to color, add ingredients, and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add water and submerge the ribs.

7. After bringing to a boil over high heat, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes.

8. After 45 minutes, add pumpkin, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, soybean paste, and friends who like spicy food can also add some millet spicy. Stir-fry well and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.

9. Ten minutes later, turn on the high heat to reduce the juice.

The simple and delicious pumpkin roasted pork ribs are good, and the simple combination is more nutritious!

My children eat more deliciously than anyone else, so if you like to eat, try it!
