What I shared today is "A new way to eat noodles, no frying or cooking, spicy and flavorful, so chewy, there is no soup left out of the pot"
[Braised egg noodles]
Ingredients: 3 eggs, 2 wet noodles, 2 millet peppers, 3 chives, 3 garlic cloves, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoonful of oyster sauce, 1 spoonful of dark soy sauce, 1/2 spoon of sugar, 1/2 spoon of salt, a little oil
[The steps are as follows]:
Step 1: Rinse the prepared green onions, garlic and millet peppers, cut the millet peppers into rings, and mince the green onions and garlic
Step 2: Add a little oil, beat in the eggs, fry until the bottom is set, turn them over one by one, fry them into poached eggs, and set aside
Step 3: During the omelette period, we will mix a bowl of juice, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, dark soy sauce, a bowl of water, and stir well
Step 4: In the pot where the poached eggs are fried, add the onions, garlic and millet pepper to stir up the fragrance, and then pour the prepared juice into the bowl
Step 5: Add the fried poached eggs and wet noodles, the amount of juice in the bowl is not enough, add a little water to 1/2 of the noodles
Step 6: Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 5 to 6 minutes to allow the noodles to fully integrate with the soup
Our egg stewed noodles are made, the garlic is spicy, the noodles are very strong, the delicious ones don't want to be ground, and there is no soup left in the pot
