If you're cooking them in an electric pressure cooker, you don't need to soak them, just wash them and cook them directly

2. Pour the soaked rice, glutinous rice and tri-color quinoa rice into the rice cooker, then add an appropriate amount of water (according to the amount of water used to cook rice), cover the lid and select the rice cooking button

3. During the simmering of sushi rice, we will prepare other ingredients, wash the cucumbers and cut them into strips, and cut the ham sausage into strips

4. After the rice is cooked, we add 2 tablespoons of sushi vinegar, mix well with a spoon, and set aside to cool

5.
