Stew the minced beef with seasonal vegetables in one pot
Ingredients: 200g beef, 3 potatoes, 3 carrots, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 piece of ginger and 1 green garlic
Make:
1. Start by washing the vegetables.
Dice the potatoes, carrots, tomatoes and onions, pat the garlic and cut it a few times, mince the ginger, and chop the green garlic and garlic leaves.
2. Note: If you add more sauce here, eat it as bibimbap sauce, if you add less, the meal is one.
6. Add water and simmer for more than 10 minutes.
Simmer until the soup is thick and sticky, the vegetables are all soft, and sprinkle the garlic sprouts into the pot.
