3. Put the cut pork belly in a large basin, add an appropriate amount of ginger slices, cooking wine to remove the smell, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, half a pack of Orleans powder, my package is 45g, can marinate 2 catties of meat, here I use half a pack, grasp and mix evenly, marinate for more than 3 hours, you can marinate one night in advance, you can add more flavor;

5.
