Mash sweet potato dumplings

Mash sweet potato dumplings ingredients:

Dough: 200 grams of boiled sweet potatoes, 200 grams of glutinous rice flour

Sesame filling: 100 grams of sesame seeds, 30 grams of vegetable oil, 35 grams of syrup

Other ingredients: 120 grams of mash, 100 grams of canned pineapple, a little wolfberry

1. Start by making the sesame filling:

Stir-fry 100 grams of sesame seeds until fragrant, and beat them into powder (some of these ordinary cooking machines are not broken, if you pursue fineness, you will sift them repeatedly and polish them several times).

Then stir in 35 grams of syrup and 30 grams of vegetable oil, and the filling is ready (the purpose of using syrup here is that since the syrup is liquid, less oil can be used).

Note: The finished filling is placed in the refrigerator overnight, and it will solidify the next day; If you use it urgently, you can spread it out and freeze it slightly in the freezer, so that it is better to wrap the filling.

2. Puree the boiled sweet potatoes, there are 200 grams here.

3. Add 200 grams of glutinous rice flour and mix well, add water according to actual needs (I used 80 grams of water this time) and form a dough with suitable softness and hardness.

4. Divide the dough into several small pieces, about 12 grams each; Take a small dose and flatten it, put a small piece of filling in it, about 6 grams.

5. Then wrap the filling in the skin.

Then gently round it, if the skin is drier, a little water.

6. Boil the rice balls in water, cook the rice balls over medium heat, and cold water 2-3 times in the middle until they all float up.

7. Then put rice wine and wolfberries into the pot, boil and serve.

8. Add the canned pineapple and enjoy!

Note: If it is a fresh pineapple, soak it in salted water and bring it to a boil with rice wine.
