1. Put the oranges in clean water, add an appropriate amount of baking soda and soak for 5 minutes, which can better wash off the residual pesticides on the surface, and then scrub them clean.

2. Use a grater to rub a little shreds of orange peel for later use.

3. Press the pulp into juice, about 90ml of orange juice is fine.

4. Add 30 grams of sugar, 4 grams of yeast and 2 grams of salt to 60 ml of warm water, stir until the yeast melts and set aside.

5. Beat an egg into 300g of flour and stir well.

6. Add a small amount of freshly stirred yeast liquid many times, then add 90ml of orange juice, 20g of cooking oil, mix well, and knead into a slightly soft dough.

7. Put it on the cutting board and rub it back and forth like rubbing clothes.

8. If we are tired of rubbing, we can beat and repeat rubbing.

9. Knead out such a glove film, and the process is about 10 minutes. It would be even more convenient if there was a bread machine.

10. Add an appropriate amount of orange peel to the dough after rubbing it before, knead it evenly, don't add too much orange peel, it will be a little bitter if you add more.

11. After kneading well, arrange it into a circle and put it in a bowl.

12. Put it in a warm place to proof, it is winter, the weather is cold, I am proofing through warm water, the water temperature can be controlled at about 35 degrees, the temperature is not too high, if it is too high, the yeast is easy to lose its activity.

13. The volume of the dough is significantly expanded, that is, it is ready.

14. Sprinkle a layer of dry flour on the cutting board, put the dough on it, and press to exhaust. Then divide the pieces evenly, fold each piece of dough inward, and arrange it into round cakes.

15. Brush the bottom and inner side of the mold with a layer of cooking oil, and pad a piece of silicone oil paper at the bottom to facilitate demolding and put in the cake blank.

16. Separate the warm water, proofing again, and the water temperature can be controlled at about 35 degrees.

17. Like this, it is enough to significantly expand the volume, brush with a layer of egg yolk liquid and cover with plastic wrap.

18. Boil the water and steam for 40 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes.

19. Slightly placed warm, inverted buckle demolding. Brush the surface of the bread with a layer of honey water and sprinkle with a layer of desiccated coconut.
