As the old saying goes, "spring covers autumn frost, and there are no miscellaneous diseases". In early spring, the wrists, waist, eyes, calves and navel are the four areas that need to be covered the most. In addition to paying attention to daily warmth, some health care methods can make the health effect of spring cover twice as effective with half the effort.
There is the original acupoint of the Heart Sutra at the wrist, the Shenmen acupoint. The heart is in charge of the blood vessels throughout the body and warms the whole body by transporting qi and blood. The original acupuncture points are the acupuncture points that are in charge of the vitality of each viscera and the driving force of life, which can strengthen the viscera. Therefore, the first key part of the spring cover is the Shenmen acupoint. The Shenmen acupoint is on the horizontal stripe of the wrist, on the inside of the tendon below the wrist on the side of the little finger of the hand. The main symptoms are chest pain, constipation, anxiety, palpitations, insomnia, loss of appetite and other diseases, which is one of the important acupoints on the human hand Shaoyin Heart Sutra.
When you are usually fine, you can tap the Shenmen acupoint 30 times with the tip of your thumb to remove irritability and calm your mind. You don't need to use too much force when kneading this acupoint, and you don't have to pursue a feeling of soreness.
The waist and eyes are also an important part of the spring cover. The root of the body's yang energy is in the kidneys, and the waist is the home of the kidneys, and when the kidney yang is deficient, the waist will be sore, soft and afraid of cold, frequent urination or mental drowsiness and fatigue. Massaging the waist and kidney Yu acupoints can nourish yin and yang, nourish the kidneys and strengthen the waist.
The Kidney Yu point is located under the spinous process of the second lumbar vertebra, the width of the left and right two fingers. Use a hot water bottle to warm the acupoint or moxibustion to warm the kidney yang. In addition, you can make a fist with both hands, put the protrusion of the metacarpophalangeal joint of the index finger on the kidney Yu acupoints on both sides, first press and knead 9 times in a clockwise direction, and then press and knead 9 times in a counterclockwise direction, and so on for 36 times.
Many elderly people are prone to migraine or lower abdominal pain, and even nausea and vomiting eye pain, which belongs to liver yang deficiency.
The acupoint is the end of the slit between the fourth toe and the little toe, and the method of taking the acupoint is to push the fingers from the slit between the four toes and the little toe to the instep of the foot, and when it is pushed to the edge of the bone, it is the ashiki point. The yang auxiliary point is located on the outside of the calf, four inches above the ankle joint on the outside of the foot.
Traditional Chinese medicine calls the navel as the Shenque acupoint, which can encourage the spleen and stomach to be yang, especially for some people who are afraid of cold and have diarrhea in the stomach, they should pay special attention to the warmth of this part.
There are three ways to maintain the health of the Shenque acupoint:
Every night before going to bed, on an empty stomach, rub your hands together, fold your hands on top of your navel from the left to the right, and knead clockwise (the opposite for women), 360 times each time.
Buy some traditional Chinese medicine moxa sticks, directly suspend the navel (Shenque), or you can use a moxibustion box to lie down on moxibustion. The temperature is based on the strength that the skin can withstand for 20 minutes.
On the basis of the traditional three-year Chen Ai, 20 kinds of herbs such as mountain armor, angelica, Chuanqiong, salvia, motherwort, frankincense, hyssop, safflower, etc. are added. Moxa sticks have a good taste, and the effect is different from other moxa sticks: calorie enough, strong penetration, pain moxibustion affected area, cold disease needs moxibustion navel and kidney acupoints.
Relax, sit cross-legged, close your eyes, remove distracting thoughts, focus on the mind for more than half an hour each time, and after a long time, you will concentrate into the air pocket, the true qi in the acupoint will occur, and the fetal breath will slowly start.
