Your life is not long, come and see the feet!

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the feet are the "second brain" of the human body, and there are many acupuncture points on the feet, as well as thousands of peripheral nerves, and there is a close relationship between specific acupuncture points and internal organs.

Therefore, the importance of the feet to the body is obvious! So, how to see health through the feet?

1. Look at the color

1
. Look at the color of the soles of your feet

The five-color identification is one of the contents of traditional Chinese medicine, and the five colors are blue, red, yellow, white and black.

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the normal soles of the feet are slightly reddish, which means that the best color of the feet should be "ruddy".

If the following color conditions occur, it is best to go to the hospital for examination.

The red color is very noticeable and may be hot.

The color is bluish and may be cold.

Abnormal yellow color may indicate hepatobiliary disease.

Pale, in addition to the possibility of cold, may also be malnutrition and anemia.

Purple or dark, may have poor circulation.

2
. Look at the color of the toenails

The foot is far from the heart, and the toenail is the farthest, like the tip of Mount Everest.

If the toenails are ruddy and shiny, it means that the human body has good blood circulation. In general, healthy and long-lived people will have a healthy pink color on their toenails.

At the same time, there is also a crescent moon on the toenails, which accounts for about 1/5 of the toenails.

If you press it to turn white, it is very slow to return to its original state after letting go, indicating that the circulation is not good, this is called the red pressure test, which can reflect the blood circulation of the feet.

If the circulation is not good, the nutrition is not good, and once there is wind and grass on the feet, you may get sick. Some people are prone to nail fungus and toe diseases, but also because of poor blood circulation, poor resistance, and easy to be attacked by viruses.

If you notice that your toenails are pale and bloodless, you should consider whether you are malnourished or anemic. At this time, you should pay more attention to your diet and ensure that you eat enough calories every day.

If there are longitudinal streaks on the toenails, it means that the body is weak and has poor disease resistance.

At this time, you should pay attention to participate in more physical exercise, avoid sitting and standing for a long time, and strengthen your body.

3
. Look at the color of the abdomen of the toes

A healthy toe belly should be ruddy and full.

The color is too white and too red, too red means that there is a lot of congestion, the veins are not good, and the purple bruising indicates that the venous return is not good.

If there are wrinkles in the abdomen of the toes and are not full, it also means that the blood circulation in the feet is not good.

2. Touch the temperature

The elderly are prone to cold feet, mostly due to insufficient kidney yang or improper warmth, such as warm food, such as mutton, garlic, ginger, etc., to improve the body's cold resistance.

If the heart of the feet is hot, it may be yin deficiency and internal heat, and you should eat more mung beans, winter melon, lean meat and other sweet and moisturizing products, and less mutton, leeks, peppers and other warm and dry products.

If the temperature of the feet is not high or low, and you can regulate your body temperature by yourself, when it is cold outside, your feet are hot, and when it is hot outside, your feet are still at that temperature, it means that the blood circulation in your feet is very good.

On the contrary, when the weather is cold, the feet are cold, and when the feet are sweaty when the weather is hot, it means that the blood circulation in the feet is not very good.

Therefore, the temperature of the soles of the feet of a long-lived person should be the same as that of the hands, moderately warm, not cold or hot.

3. Maintain health and first cultivate feet

1
. Exercise your toes

It is recommended that you can exercise your toes by using toe grip and other measures to strengthen your body and achieve the purpose of longevity.

Method: Take a standing or sitting position, with your feet close to the ground, shoulder-width apart, and your toes to stimulate the meridians alternately in a combination of gripping and relaxing.

Practise pinching things with two and three toes, and then repeatedly pulling the toes up or down, while massaging the toes, which can stimulate the acupuncture points on the feet and strengthen the body.

2
. Soak your feet often

Soaking your feet more often can also achieve the purpose of longevity. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that washing feet with hot water is better than taking tonics. Soaking your feet for 15 minutes a day can have a health effect.

In addition, adding some Chinese herbs to the warm water can promote the blood circulation of the human body at the same time, so that the medicinal effect can be absorbed by the skin and act on the human body, so as to achieve a good health care effect.

3
. Hit each other's feet

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the feet are closely related to the internal organs and limbs of the human body. There are 136 acupuncture points on the soles of the feet alone, which correspond to the five internal organs of the human body.

Frequent foot punching each other is equivalent to conditioning the internal organs of the whole body.

Especially in winter, it is indispensable for both feet to fight each other, because "all diseases start from the cold, and the cold is born from the feet". There are many elderly people who find that it is more affordable and effective than soaking their feet in hot water after hitting each other's feet.

4
. Massage the hamstrings

The root of people's tendons is in the feet, and the root of the disease should be cured, and the root of health should also be adjusted, so only pulling the tendons of the body, and not pulling the tendons of the feet, is a symptom but not a cure!

Stretching the tendons of the feet can not only become strong and prolong life, but also improve people's bad temper.

Of course, there are many ways to pull the tendons of the feet, and the same kind of pulling method as a dancer is not suitable for middle-aged and elderly friends.

Therefore, the best operation and at the same time more convenient is to rub the hamstrings at the bottom of the foot board.

There is a depression in the surface of the foot, which is generally not stimulated at all, which is why the foot soak is good (because hot water can irritate the depression).

There are many subtle acupuncture points in the sunken place of this foot, such as the spring of longevity, and the heel has three focal meridians passing through, which must be patted, and it is best to knead it with a certain amount of strength, so that you can touch a relatively thick and tight meridian.

Press and rub to heat and meridian comfort. Use your fingertips when kneading, not with your fingernails.

Therefore, the feet, which are usually the most neglected part of the body, are the only way to maintain longevity.

If you take good care of your feet, it's easy to live a long and healthy life!
