In fact, the loss of appetite at this stage is mainly caused by the rise in temperature and metabolic disorders in the human body. If you want to eat well, it is better to be appetizing first and often press a few appetizing "switches" in our body!


1. Zusanli acupoint



Positioning: Located on the outside of the calf, three inches below the eye of the outer knee, one transverse finger (middle finger) from the anterior edge of the tibia.  


Operation: Sitting, both hands on the same side of the lower limbs to take acupoints, the index and middle fingers together to do a circular massage, the strength from light to heavy, and with points, press, the strength is slightly heavier, to the acupoints have a feeling of soreness is better, about 5 minutes each time.  


Efficacy: It has a good regulating effect on all kinds of stomach discomfort.  


Second, the middle navel acupoint



Positioning: In the upper abdomen, four inches above the umbilicus, on the anterior midline.  


Operation: Lie down, sit or stand with the palm of your right hand on the acupuncture points for a clockwise massage. Note that it is necessary to have "penetration" to drive the movement of the subcutaneous tissues, not just to draw circles on the epidermis. Work your breath evenly from light to heavy.  


After massaging for about 3~5 minutes, rub your hands together, place the palms on the middle navel acupoints, and press with your breathing: press down when you exhale, and lift the palms up close to the skin when you inhale, and repeat for 3~5 minutes until the stomach feels warm.  


Efficacy: It can improve loss of appetite, bloating, indigestion and other symptoms.  


3. Jizhong acupoint



Positioning: on the thorax, transversely flat in the fourth intercostal space, on the anterior midline.  


Operation: Lie flat, sit or stand, press the thumb of one hand on the acupuncture point, and do the up and down direction back and forth, the strength is from light to heavy; After about 2 minutes, change to tap, the strength is tolerated by yourself, the time is about 2~3 minutes, and it is better to have local skin redness and warmth.  


Efficacy: It has the effect of widening the chest and regulating qi, and has the effect of improving emotional problems such as poor spirit and depression.  


Fourth, four seam points


Positioning: In the fingers, the center of the interphalangeal joint on the proximal metacarpal side of the palmar surface of the 2nd ~ 5th fingers, and the four points of one hand.  


Operation: Pinch the four-slit acupoint of the other hand with the thumb of one hand, the strength of the pinch is tolerable, and the acupuncture points of each finger are pinched for about 1 minute, and the local redness is better.  


Efficacy: It has the effect of dissolving stagnation and eliminating food and lodging.
