1. How long does it take to practice Baduan Jin to open up the meridians


It varies from person to person, so you can feel it slowly. Baduanjin belongs to fitness qigong, does not belong to the category of martial arts, and can not achieve the effect of "opening up the two veins of Ren Du and practicing peerless martial arts", mainly through the adjustment of breathing, physical activity and consciousness as a means to achieve the purpose of strengthening the body, preventing and curing diseases.

Method:


1. Step to the left with your left foot and cross your palms upwards in front of your chest. The two-legged horse step, just like shooting an arrow from the left and right, the right palm is pulled to the right chest, and the left palm is in a figure-eight palm (the thumb and index finger are figure-eight, and the other three fingers are bent) to the left, pulling the bow to the roundest, and staring at the fingertips.


2. Then shift the center of gravity to the right, arc with the right hand, retract the left foot, hold the palms in front of the abdomen and stand together. Then do it in the opposite direction once, for a total of 3 times.


Key points of work: Opening the bow left and right can not only open the whole stiff shoulders and back. Method: Bend your legs slightly and straighten your knees, stretch your arms on both sides, rotate your palms upward, turn your head back as much as possible, look at the left oblique back, and stop for a while. . Shake your head and tail to get angry

Method:


1. Stand with your right foot open, bend your legs slightly, raise your palms on both sides, squat with your legs as a horse step, and drop your arms to your legs above your knees.


2. Shift the center of gravity of the body to the right, lean over the right foot surface, lower the center of gravity, and rotate the upper body to the left by the tail lug, passing through the left foot surface. Then the center of gravity of the body moves back, and the upper body swings back from right to left and forward, and the body stands up. Do one right and one left three times.


Key points of work: try not to discount it, and make the neck and tail as long as possible when the body is shaken, and the speed is soft and slow and coherent. Do not stiffen the neck during the whole process, and do not deliberately adduct or raise the jaw, so that the neck muscles are relaxed and elongated as much as possible. 2. The two palms are raised forward, and the spine rises. Do it 6 times in total.


Key points of work: When massaging the back and lower limbs with both hands, you should use a little force, because what you massage is the first major yang meridian and bladder meridian in the whole body, and if you want to have yang energy, you must mobilize this meridian.

Method:


1. Lift your heels, top your head, stop for a while, and look ahead. The heels fall and shake the ground lightly. Do it seven times together.


2. The eight-section brocade style is gathered here: the last two palms are closed in front of the abdomen, breathing evenly, and the whole body is relaxed.


Key points of work: heel rise and fall, practice human body balance, when getting up, you should pull up like flat ground, grasp the ground with your toes, lift the anus and close the abdomen, so that the six organs qi machine is in a tense state. When it falls, it is like an earthquake in a mountain and river, shaking the spine and the pulse.


"Seven bumps in the back" is the closing of the eight duanjin, which is equivalent to the return of qi to the source, after doing a complete set of exercises, reorganize the body's qi and organs, so that there will be no scattering.
