Applicable parts: This method is mostly used for acupuncture points on the waist, back, buttocks and thighs.
The direction of force should be vertical, and the force should gradually increase from light to heavy, stable and durable; The fingers, palms or elbows should be close to the surface of the body and cannot be moved; Make the patient feel soreness, numbness, swelling, pain and other sensations on time and radiate to the upper and lower or surrounding of the affected area; At the end of compressions, reduce the force slowly. Don't use violence.

The palm press method is suitable for the large and flat waist, abdomen and back, and is often used to treat bloating, diarrhea and indigestion.
