【Practice】Lie down with your head to the right side, bend your right leg and stretch your left leg; Hold your shoulder with your right hand and press your left hand on the bed, which is natural and comfortable.
【Practice】Lie on the left with your head to the left, stretch your left leg, and bend your right leg; Place your left hand on your back on the bed and press your right hand on your right leg. Flat-belly, sideways but slightly upward.
