Kneading this place every day is good for the heart

Some people have muscles hanging in the upper arm, especially after the age of 40, and the left arm is more pronounced. Kneading it like cotton wool, rubbing the fingers and pimpling fat particles, the pain is unbearable with a little force. This condition is actually a manifestation of insufficient blood supply to the heart and poor flow of qi and blood.

The inside of the arm is the part of the hand where the Yin Heart Meridian passes through. The Heart Sutra originates in the heart and follows a path in the body and on the surface of the body, which runs along the back edge of the inside of the arm to the little finger.

Heart meridian is directly related to cardiovascular disease, and is mainly used to treat diseases of the heart, chest, and consciousness, as well as pain at the posterior edge of the inner side of the upper limbs, palm heat, etc. Abnormal heart meridians and qi will produce symptoms such as heartache, dry throat, thirst, cold forearms, and numbness.

Kneading here (the inside of the arm) every day can pinch the loose muscles, and the blood supply to the heart will be smooth, and the chest will no longer be tight and short of breath.

In addition, the Heart Sutra can also stabilize the mind, regulate the mind, and treat insomnia, forgetfulness, neurasthenia and other neurological and mental diseases.

The best time to regulate the heart meridian and test heart function is between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Knead each arm for 5~10 minutes, focusing on the four acupoints of the wrist (Shenmen, Yinxuan, Tongli, and Lingdao) for 5 minutes each. Long-term persistence can assist in the treatment of palpitation, shortness of breath, chest fullness, insomnia, fatigue, coronary heart disease, hypertension and other symptoms.

There are also three representative acupuncture points on the Heart Sutra that need to be highlighted.

Pinch the door of God to help you sleep and prevent demise

Poor mood can affect sleep. The Divine Gate is the original point of the Heart Sutra, that is, the gateway to stabilize the mind. Tapping this acupoint before going to bed can help produce drowsiness, regulate sleep disorders, and regular rubbing can also prevent and treat Alzheimer's disease.

Another good effect of the Shenmen acupoint is to treat motion sickness. The Shenmen acupoint is very deep, and it needs to be pinched the inside of the knuckle of the thumb to achieve a certain amount of stimulation and produce a therapeutic effect.

Plucked polar spring heart measurement function

The Polar Spring is located at the apex of the axilla, where the axillary artery pulses. It can not only regulate the heart rhythm, treat pain in the ribs, but also detect cardiovascular health.

The detection technique is to tap the polar spring with your thumb and then move it, which touches a lot of "small tendons" and produces a numbing sensation transmitted to the fingers. If the numbness is obvious, it means that the heart meridian is smooth and the cardiovascular function is normal; If there is only pain, no numbness and no conduction when dialing, it proves that there is cardiovascular stasis; If there is no pain or numbness, it means that the blood supply to the cardiovascular system is insufficient.

Heartache and fatigue press through

Most people with bradycardia have positive reaction points such as tenderness and nodules in the Tongli acupoint (the wrist stria on the side of the little finger is 1 horizontal finger upward). Pinch this acupoint 36 times for one time, pinch 3~5 times, can be comfortable and calm.

When office workers are tired from work, they make fists with both hands, put the inside of their wrists on the edge of the table, and push them from the Tongli acupoint to the elbow direction, repeating 30~50 times, which can not only rest the brain, but also dredge the heart meridian.
